    Vice President & Managing Principal


    Daniel joined Silversage Advisors in 2002 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry to the firm. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law from Cal Poly Pomona, he is now a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner.


    Daniel is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Orange County and has assumed many leadership roles in the organization. He helped found the Advisors in Transition community interest group and has served on the Board of Directors as both the Public Relations Chair and Volunteer Development Chair. Daniel also volunteers with the Community Outreach Committee, which hosts the annual Orange County Financial Planning Day (a free financial planning day for the public). He has also been instrumental in creating a financial education partnership with KidWorks.


    Daniel works directly with clients in our consultative wealth management process, The Personal Focus Plan®. His experience suggests that clients who engage in a comprehensive wealth management experience feel highly empowered by their financial decisions and ability to adjust to life’s changes. He believes everyone can benefit from visualizing their goals in life and creating a plan on how to get there. Daniel also works with clients to design, implement and monitor all aspects of their investment portfolios, and possesses critical expertise in insurance and taxation planning.


    Daniel was born in Ohio and raised in Colorado, where he developed a love for the outdoors and a passion for skiing and mountain biking. A former volunteer ski patroller, he is an avid mountain biker and member of the SHARE Mountain Bike Club. When he’s not tackling some kind of home improvement project around the house, Dan also enjoys hiking, backpacking and camping. He and his wife Aryn make their home in Cowan Heights, California with their sons, Jackson and Logan.
